unlikely case of a product arriving DOA (Dead On Arrival)
we will pay shipping costs for a replacement product.
- Under no circumstances can @The Net Lounge be held responsible
for goods if lost in transit . Once they leave @The Net Lounge any
item is automatically the buyers property and therefore
the buyers responsibility. Any complaints will be directed
to the used delivery service, be it Australia Post, Private
Courier or Carrier Pigeon.
- All warranty returns will be replaced at the customer's
shipping costs.
- All warranty returns are valid for normal use of the
product.
- All our prices are in Australia Dollars and include
goods & services taxes.
- Cost of freight is paid by the customer
- Unless by prior arrangement, a deposit is required before any upgrade can commence
- Full payment by way of cash, direct deposit or cleared funds is required before upgraded goods will be released to the customer
